We work with Community Housing Providers to identify and source those on low and middle incomes with housing needs including those experiencing rental stress, those with insufficient deposit funds, and those struggling to service loan payments. 

Our activities include sourcing land for sub-division and building homes, sourcing apartments, management of purchase and sale processes, sourcing finance for purchase and working within the regulatory and governance framework.
